I’m not sure that I knew all that was involved in being a real estate rep (ok so I thought it was as easy as throwing a sign on the lawn), but I’ve realized that it takes a special kind of person to do the job that you do. You have my upmost respect. I had it listed a year before this, and the difference was worlds apart in the service that we received. You sold my house not only once, but twice ;) when the first sale fell through, and both within days of being on MLS and the second time you brought the buyer!! You took the time to come out before listing to ensure that we were ready to put the house on the market; and you were honest at the time to tell us that we were not ready. You made suggestions on what we should do in order for the house to sell quickly when it went on the market (and boy were you right!). The virtual tour was amazing, and the suggestion of having a professional in to clean before our open house was right on the mark.
I can’t finish this letter without commenting on the purchase of our new home. I can’t count the amount of times we dragged you out to the middle of no-where to look at yet another possibility. You took calls and calmed me down after yet another disagreement with my husband on a home that I felt was perfect and he did not. I truly think that you have to be part councillor in order to do your job – and you are good at it In the end we found the perfect home – our dream home. Even then you were by our side as we worked on closing issues, financing, and assorted glitches along the way.
From the day that I first contacted you - to the day that we moved into Paradise, you were there for us. Thank you so much for all your hard work and dedication. You are a special person – and I’m so glad that you were there for us through this journey.
I just want to say "Thank You" so much for all you did for us in finding this house!! You are a dream to work with, hard working, never gave up until you found EXACTLY what we wanted. Your personality is everything, I was so panicked thinking we wouldn't find the list of criteria we gave you, BUT! you came through in record time!!! You took the time to go over every page of our contract, every line to make sure we understood and got everything we needed. We are all settled in now, and when I look around I can't help but smile because I think of the work you did to make sure we were happy. This did not feel like a business transaction, you made it feel like a friend helping another friend. We have already been recommending you to anyone that tells us they want to sell or buy a house, I KNOW you will take good care of them.
